I began learning kinesiology in Sydney, Australia in 1993 and have been practicing as a professional kinesiologist for over ten years – first in Australia and later in America. As a teenager, I suffered a particularly acute case of acne. I consulted a dermatologist who promptly put me on antibiotics. But the antibiotics did nothing for me and I stopped taking them.

So I suggested to Sue that she see a naturopath also. After all, what harm could it do? She certainly hadn’t seen results from her medical doctors.

The naturopath informed Sue that a yeast, necessary for digestion (and produced naturally by the body) had grown rampant, causing her acne to grow worse over the years. The very antibiotics she’d been taking for her acne had also killed the “good” bacteria which kept a yeast necessary for digestion under control.
