The instructional footage (disc 1) was cool but I really liked the bonus features on disc 2 where you can see Gokor rolling with a lot of different guys. He doesn't move like my BJJ instructor yet he catches these guys left and right. The set ups are different – there isn't a lot of guard work – it's enlightening to see someone submitting guys in a grappling framework outside of the bjj paradigm. 5 stars for this DVD!

Not even 3 minutes into the DVD convinced me that Gokor must possess one of the sickest minds in combat sports today. You'd have to under a rock not to have this in your collection. My jaw hit the floor when he demonstrated the first submission.

About the Actor

Born in Armenia, Gokor has trained in the grappling arts since the age of 5. He is ranked 9th dan in Judo, 6th dan in Sambo, and 6th dan in Jujitsu. Having emigrated to the US in 1981, Gokor has been training world class Judoka and MMA fighters at the Hayastan MMA Academy with Gene LeBell since 1991.
