The folder named “Audio course” is the training John did in Holland. The first couple minutes of track 1 are in Dutch. Don’t worry, when John starts talking, everything will be in English.

The 8 Day Video training is in 2 formats – one for the PC, the other for the IPOD. The content is the same. Download what you want or both to cover everything.
