John Thomas Grinder, Jr. (/ˈɡrɪndər/ GRIN-dər; born January 10, 1940) is an American linguist, author, management consultant, trainer and speaker. Grinder is credited with co-creating Neuro-linguistic programming, with Richard Bandler.
