I am really really enjoying this Anahata…I don’t feel as anxious or scared or worried as before. But it does not mean that I am numb. It is just different. I am like more vulnerable but at the same time more close to me and that gives a sense of safety. It is like I am experiencing really that everything is within. But at the same time in and out are one in me. ~ Nadia
