I wanted to design a mini-course purely about the functional anatomy of the lumbar spine and also to include some form of treatment methodology and trust me when I say this; you are going to learn so much about the anatomical region of the lumbar spine during this course..
John Gibbons is a multi-published author of many anatomical books, an osteopath, and a lecturer and he will bring all his years of expertise and experience and this will be demonstrated during this mini-course.
First, he will teach you the theoretical components of the functional anatomy of the lumbar spine; including the individual bones with associated bony landmarks, ligaments, then we move onto the nerves associated to the lumbar & sacral plexus. Included within this course will be techniques demonstrated from mobilisation, soft tissue and also kinesiology taping. Once you have learnt the theoretical components, he will take you on a practical ‘journey’ of enlightenment through the visual presentations and interactions of using real-life human anatomy.
